By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

By creating an account, logging in, or using the App, you ("User" or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the App.

4. Eligibility & Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 of age. Unauthorized use of another person’s account or credentials is strictly prohibited.

6. Terms of Use & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must warrant that you only upload documents (such as lab reports or records) that you legally own or have explicit consent to manage.

7. Data Storage & Deletion

Personal and health data collected through the App is stored securely. Data will be retained as long as your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active databases.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The App connects with external services, including but not limited to Fitbit, Strava, Oura, Health Connect, and Whoop. By connecting an external service, you grant us permission to access, retrieve, and process data on your behalf. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or accuracy of these external platforms.

9. Consumer-Directed Data Sharing

HealthJourney4u operates as a consumer-directed software application. When you connect a clinical laboratory or health insurer, you are directing that entity to transmit your health records to the App via secure APIs under your legal Right of Access.

10. Medical and AI Insights Disclaimer (NO MEDICAL ADVICE)

HealthJourney4u is an information-only educational and tracking tool. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before making any clinical decisions based on the App's outputs. The App uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate summaries. AI models can misunderstand or misinterpret dense medical terminology; we assume zero liability for any errors resulting from reliance on AI recommendations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthJourney4u, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from or in any way connected to your use of the App.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard your personal and health information when you use our website and web application. 1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our services: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, health and fitness data from connected wearables (Fitbit, Strava, Oura, Whoop), clinical lab results and insurer documents retrieved via secure consumer APIs, user notes, and usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to verify sessions, display consolidated health metrics, generate AI-assisted trends, optimize App performance, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Strict "No-Sale" Policy

We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal health data, clinical lab results, or medical information under any circumstances. We do not share your health data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

4. Secure Infrastructure sharing

We only share your information with trusted third-party infrastructure vendors who provide cloud hosting and database management under strict privacy agreements. Selected medical files processed via AI are sent to secure Gemini API endpoints. Google does not store, retain, or use your data to train its models.

5. Data Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3/1.2 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We utilize secure OAuth2 tokens for device integrations, keeping your password private.

6. Connection Revocation & Deletion

You can disconnect any integration at any time through the in-app Connections dashboard, which immediately halts sync operations. You can permanently delete your account and purge all health records from our active databases at any time via your Profile panel.
